Description:
Unable to sort, search and change view of Web Content article in Site Administration

Steps to reproduce:
1) Open the portal with OmniAdmin account on Internet Explorer 9 and go on Admin > Content tab
2) Create 2 basic test web content articles and publish them
3) Try to sort them by display date / modified date
4) Try to change the view from Icon into List or Descriptive
5) Try to search for one Web content article

Expected Result:
To be able to perform step 3,4 and 5 without errors in the browser console

Actual Results:
In step 3), 4) and 5) you will receive an error in the Internet Explorer 9 Developer Tools:

SCRIPT5007: Unable to get value of the property 'all': object is null or undefined 

and nothing will happen into the browser.
