Case 1

1. Include the following in portal-ext: setup.wizard.enabled=false
2. Start portal
3. Sign in as admin Test test

Case 2:

1. Start portal with default settings
2. Continue with setup wizard
3. Sign out as Test Test
4. Restart bundle
5. Sign in as admin Test Test

Results: user cannot log in and will run into status not found error:
