Dynamic Data List which has a single quote in its name can't be added to Dynamic Data List Display

Steps to Reproduce:

1. In the Dockbar, go to Admin > Content > Dynamic Data List > Add.
2. Fill the field Name with any text including a single quotes in any position of this text.
3. Save the Dynamic Data List.
4. In the Dockbar, go to My Sites and select any site.
5. Add a Dynamic Data List Display portlet and try to add to this portlet the Dynamic Data List that you created in the step 3.

Actual Result:
The Dynamic Data List is not being added to the Dynamic Data List Display portlet due a Javascript error. Look for the error using the browser developer tools.

Expected Result:
The Dynamic Data List should be added to the Dynamic Data List Display portlet without any problem.
