Description

Reproduction steps:

Start portal
Place a WCD on Welcome page
Create a add a web content to it
Allow comments in the portlet configuration
Sign out

Result: NoSuchArticleException in log, and comments section doesn't appear

Expected result: Everything is fine, and comments section is shown
