As a system administrator I can set the default values for the Amazon Rankings Portlet using the OSGi Config Admin service

Currently it is not possible to define the default values for the portlet, it must be configured instance by instance. In previous versions of Liferay it was possible to do so through a properties file.

By adding support for the Config Admin service it's possible to set the values, change them at runtime and manage them with a tool such as the Felix Web Console
