      Steps to reproduce:

      1) Install Liferay Tomcat bundle 6.2.1
      2) create portal-ext.properties with following properties:

      monitoring.level.com.liferay.monitoring.Portal=HIGH
      monitoring.level.com.liferay.monitoring.Portlet=HIGH
      monitoring.portal.request=true
      monitoring.portlet.action.request=true
      monitoring.portlet.event.request=true
      monitoring.portlet.render.request=true
      monitoring.portlet.resource.request=true
      monitoring.show.per.request.data.sample=true
      monitoring.data.sample.thread.local=true
      #It's monitoring.data.sample.thread.local still used ?

      3) Start Liferay and complete defalt wizard setup
      4) Open: http://localhost:8080/web/guest/welcome?strip=0 and sign-ing

      Login portlet and Web Content Display montioring data does not appears. Only (Notifications, Dockbar and portal.jsp are displayed)

      <!--
      {displayName=Dockbar Notifications, portletId=2_WAR_notificationsportlet, requestType=RENDER, {attributes=null, companyId=10157, description=null, duration=1, name=2, namespace=com.liferay.monitoring.Portlet, requestStatus=SUCCESS, stopWatch=0:00:00.001, timeout=0, user=10201}}<br />
      {displayName=Dockbar, portletId=145, requestType=RENDER, {attributes=null, companyId=10157, description=null, duration=17, name=145, namespace=com.liferay.monitoring.Portlet, requestStatus=SUCCESS, stopWatch=0:00:00.017, timeout=0, user=10201}}<br />
      {requestURL=http://localhost:8080/html/common/themes/portal.jsp.jsp_display, {attributes=null, companyId=10157, description=Portal Request, duration=29, name=/html/common/themes/portal.jsp, namespace=com.liferay.monitoring.Portal, requestStatus=SUCCESS, stopWatch=0:00:00.029, timeout=-1, user=10201}}<br />
      -->

      5) Remove Login portlet (weight 50): Web Content Display monitoring data is now displayed

      	{displayName=Journal Content, portletId=56_INSTANCE_CvTeP3bMKkco, requestType=RENDER, {attributes=null, companyId=10157, description=null, duration=20, name=56, namespace=com.liferay.monitoring.Portlet, requestStatus=SUCCESS, stopWatch=0:00:00.020, timeout=0, user=10201}}<br />

      5) Add one more Web Content Display portlet to page

      6) Web Content Display monitoring data is not displayed

      7) Open: localhost:8080/web/guest/welcome?strip=0&p_p_parallel=0

      All portlets monitoring data displayed
