Elements showed in the folder selection combo sometimes share some prefix; this is particularly true when using folders to represent versions (e.g. "Liferay 6.2", "Liferay 7.0", etc.).

To avoid adding a lot of redundant information, allow site admins to configure the Display portlet to add a prefix to all elements automatically.
