1. Reach the portal from IE 8
2. Navigate to Admin -> Site Admin -> Content

Issue: The search text box and button are misaligned.

Reproduced on ee-6.2.x: commit 8141f48242a23a79c674949f28aef964539697e8

On master this is nor reproducible because the newer version of bootstrap.css in Alloy hasn't contained '.row-fluid' class anymore.
