Description

Steps to reproduce:

Navigate to Control Panel > Configuration
Click Site Settings > Site URL
Enter www.able.com in the public pages field
Save

Expected result:
Site URL is saved and displayed

Actual result:
Site URL disappeared when saved. The site url only appeared after multiple attempts.
