Setup options are missing in the IFrame configuration menu

      Description

      The IFrame portlet is missing an import that is causing the Setup options to not appear in the configuration menu of the portlet.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Add an IFrame portlet to a page.
      2. Click the gear icon on the top right corner of the portlet.
      3. Click 'Configuration'.

      Expected Result: Since the configuration menu starts on the Setup tab, the Setup options should show.
      Actual Result: The Setup tab does not show any options to configure.
