Allow users to indicate that they like an asset

The portal offers 2 different type of ratings:
1. Stars: allows the user to rate the asset based on a number of stars.
2. Thumbs up/Thumbs down: users can indicate if they like the asset or if they don't like it

However, there are some cases where we we only want users to rate the asset if they like it, so we should support a new type of rating that will only have the possibility of indicating that the user liked the asset.
