Shopping Portlet category dialogs open in new windows

1. Add the Shopping portlet to the welcome page.
2. Click 'Add Item'
3. Fill out the form and click 'Save'
4. Click the drop down for the item, and click 'Edit Item'
5. Click 'Select' button to select category.

Expected result:
Select Category page opens in Liferay dialog

Actual result:
Select Category page opens in new browser window.

Note: This also happens when editing a category, editing item quantities, viewing coupons, etc...
