No option to delete data from Old Store during Data migration

No option to delete data from Old Store during Data migration, this is especially needed when migrating from the database store.

Steps

1. Go to Server Administration > Data Migration
2. Observe there is not an option for deleting entries from the old store

Expected
A way to delete from the old store using the UI.
Result
There is not.

Note
Fix will result an a new checkbox option to delete from the old store.
