Powwow default email template is just printing out the path and not the template

1. Create new site
2. Create powwow meeting and add yourself to the meeting
3. You will receive a email notification, but the the subject and body is just:
   com/liferay/powwow/dependencies/meeting_scheduled_notification_body.tmpl
   com/liferay/powwow/dependencies/meeting_scheduled_notification_subject.tmpl
   instead of the actual templates
