Description
CKEditor file browser lists files by their description and not by their name or title

Steps to reproduce/Testing done

1 Start Liferay and login as Admin
2 Go to Admin > Site Administration > Content > Documents and Media
3 Add a new document and add a description like so, "Test Description"
4 Go to Admin > Site Administration > Content > Web Content
5 Add a new web content article
6 Click on the link button in the CKEditor and hist Browse Server
7 Go to the site where the document was added
8 Notice that the document description is shown and not the document title

Expected behavior
The files are listed with the file name

Actual behavior
The files are listed with their document description
