Clicking on the suggestions navigation tab (New, In Progress, Resolved) on a Knowledge Base article other than the first article will always redirect to the first article. Please see animated gif.
- Navigate to Admin > Content > Knowledge Base and add 2 articles
- Add the Knowledge Base Display portlet
- Add a suggestion to the second article
- Click into the second article > There are suggestions link
- Click on either the New, In Progress, or Resolved navigation tab
- Note that clicking on those tabs will redirect to the first article
Clicking on the Suggestions navigation tabs directs to the suggestion status on the article that you are currently on.
Clicking on the Suggestions navigation tabs always directs to the suggestion status on the first article.
