Description
In the body <body> element the "controls-visible" class name is appearing for anyone who is not logged in.
If I disable edit controls then "controls-visible" is removed from the body <body> element. If I log out, then "controls-visible" appears again, regardless of my settings. For (non-logged-in) visitors, "controls-visible" isn't an option and shouldn't even appear when the user is logged out.
I was trying to style pages with visible controls for our new site, but it got all fowled up once I logged out.
