In Documents and Media configuration, user cannot select a folder again after being de-selected.

1. Add a Documents and Media portlet to the page.
2. Create at least two folders.
3. Click the cog icon -> Configuration
4. Click 'Select' under Root Folder
5. Click 'Choose' next to one of the created folders (i.e. Folder A)
6. Click 'Select' again and choose a different folder. (i.e. Folder B)
7. Click 'Select' one more time.

Expected result:
Folder B 'Choose' button is disabled, as it is already selected. And Folder A 'Choose' button is enabled.

Actual result:
Both 'Choose' buttons are disabled.

Note: The same issue occurs in the Documents and Media display portlet, Message Boards move category page, and it looks like most places using the Liferay.Util.selectEntity method.

Also, this same issue occurs if you click 'Remove' instead of selecting a different folder.
