Title in relate asset is double escaped

Steps:
1. create a web content with title "aaaa'aaaa"
2. create another web content and select "relate assets" and select "basic web content", then it will pop up a window to list all available web contents

Except:
web content's title shows "aaaa'aaaa"
Actual:
title shows "aaaa&#0 39;aaaa"
