As the meeting creator, I would like to be able to designate someone else as the host

      Description

      The current functionality is that when users create a meeting and invite attendees, there is no way to designate someone else as the meeting host / administrator. Users can do that once the meeting has started or when leaving but not before.

      The use case is that sometimes a manager or lead asks someone else to schedule all the meetings. The staff member is the creator but is not necessarily required to attend the meeting. Therefore, the ability to designate someone else as the meeting host during the meeting creation phase would be useful.
