Calendar - misalignment and inconsistency with the way dates are displayed across views

1. Add page to site with calendar portlet
2. Add a few calendar events
3. View calendar events in Day, Week, Month, and Agenda View
4. Assert current dates displayed are correctly aligned and consistently appear in the same place in each view

Actual results: User will see that the dates are inconsistently aligned between the Day/Week and Month View (where it breaks off into a separate line in Day/Week, but is centered in Month View). The date showing up on the Agenda view, is also placed too high up, and touches the Add Event button. This also affects all mobile views as well. Please see attached screenshots for more details.
