Range dates in search portlet should be displayed in a localized format

Dates in UI should be displayed at least in a format localized for the current locale.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a site and a page, and add the search portlet to the page.
2. Select Spanish as language in the Display Settings of the current user.
3. Try to search "asdf".
4. Over the result list, try to filter by date range. Selecting start and end date.

Result Dates are displayed with the format YYYY-mm-dd (see attached file)

Expected Date should be displayed in the localized format for the selected language: dd-mm-YYYY for spanish
