Description

We suggest that calendar services should contain an "Invitation" entity totally separated from calendar bookings.

~~LPS-27905~~ raises the need for invitations without Liferay users. Also, ~~LPS-52779~~ asks for separating publication status from attendance responses; with separated invitations, we could track attendance responses in the invitation while publication status would still be tracked in the calendar booking.
