Description:
The attached image does not preserve original colors when it is uploaded into the DM

Steps to reproduce:
1) Start portal and login with Admin user
2) Go to Control Panel > Documents and Media
3) Click on Upload - Basic Document
4) Upload the attached images, and the images from LPS-52817.7z. Upload will complete successfully. Check the thumbnail:

Expected Result:
The original colors to be kept, or thumbnails generated

Actual Results:
Colors are altered (See attached preview.jpg) / no thumbnail generated
