Description
Portlet visibility in personal sites is impacted by the user not being in the Power User role.
Steps
1) Deploy the Notifications, Chat or Kaleo Portlets (In these steps I use Notifications and Chat)
2) Create a new User who does not have the Power User role and is a member of the Liferay Site
3) Log in as the new User again and access "My Dashboard."
Expected
User can see the Notifications Portlet in the Dockbar.
Actual
User can see error "You do not have the roles required to access this Portlet" displays on the top of the Page and at the bottom of the Page.
