As a support engineer, during staging to live publication, I want to be able to disable deletion of temporal LAR using a portal-ext.properties option.

Sometimes LAR import phase of Staging publication fails and temporal LAR file is deleted, so we don't have any trace about the exported problematic data.

At support level, it will be very useful to be able to deactivate the deletion of this temporal LAR file.

These feature applies to local and remote staging.

The LAR file is stored at the temp directory of the server.
