In Oracle DB, localized VARCHAR2 fields can exceed their maximum length

      Description

      Localized fields can easily exceed the maximum length, this causes error in Oracle DB.

      When the VARCHAR2(4000) limit is exceeded, the type will be automatically converted to LONG by JDBC, but the database will not be able to handle this "cast" and throw the error.
