Data columns for the users in the Users and Organizations section of the Control panel are not displayed correctly if browsed with IE7

Description

When using IE7 the user list in the Users and Organizations section of the Control panel is not displayed correctly.
In case there are long names in the user list, we need to scroll to the right to see all the data.
This is fine, but the data columns are not colored correctly, when we scroll to the right.
Attached please find a screen capture (2015-04-03_1147.swf), this file can be played with Firefox.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Build and start Liferay ee-6.1.x
2. Log on using Internet Explorer 7 and navigate to the Users and Organizations section in Control Panel
3. Create user entries with a long first name, last name and screen name (20 characters for last name, first name and organization, each)
4. Click save and go back to the main screen of the Users and Organizations section, look at the user list

Actual Results:
The columns are not colored correctly.

This issue is reproducible only on ee-6.1.x
