1. In SO > Support Site, Click Meetings. Click Add Meeting.
a) Click Add Calendar Event and enter a date or time in the future.
b) Select Preferred Solutions
c) Uncheck "require password"
d) Add participants.
2. Click Save.
3. At this point, either the portlet becomes unavailable OR it is successful.
4. Wait at least 2 hours and attempt to start the meeting.
Users are able to start a meeting.
Portlet is unavailable.
