page drag'n'drop is not possible sometimes

Reproduction Steps:

1. Build and start Liferay ee-6.2.x.
2. Go to Admin/Site Administration/Pages. Be on site Liferay.
3. Create 20 - 30 pages in 3 levels structure
5. Press F5 to refresh the page.
6. Click and drag one of the child pages from 3. level. Assess that you can't move those pages anymore, the target drop place (the dotted line) is no longer shown.

This is somewhat difficult to reproduce, but hopefully the attached video will help (it helped me!).
