Issue: Search results return for assets from inactive sites.
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create Site under Control Panel > Sites.
2. Create Web Content article under the new Site:
3. Add a Web Content Display portlet to a page on this site
4. Set the newly created article to display in the WCD portlet
5. Navigate to Control Panel > Sites
6. Select "Actions" > Inactivate for the Site created in step 1
7. Add an Search Portlet to the Home Page of the Portal
8. Search for the Web Content article created in step 2
9. In case the results are filtered to the Liferay site only uncheck that token and search again, so the scope is everything

Expected result:
No results should be found

Actual result:

• The web content from the inactive group is found
• When you click on the result, the page of the inactive site could not be displayed and you get LPS-58744-62x.png
