At Web Content Display, only for "Basic Web Content": when "save as draft" is executed while CKEditor loading, its content is lost and blank content is saved in the database.

LPS-56460 ticket resolved this issue adding some missing javascript logic, but seems there are some extreme situations (clicking 10 times to save button), that this issue is still reproduced.
