Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to any regular page
2. Click on '+' control at the bottom of the screen
3. Choose the "Content" pill in the side panel
4. Add a new element of type "Basic Document"

Expected: The document is added, and it shows in Asset Publisher
Actual: The document is added, but Asset Publisher fails to show an error message
