      Description

      When running the build-summary tasks of the plugins, the changelog contains tickets which have been reverted already. The changelog is generated by https://github.com/liferay/liferay-portal/blob/master/portal-impl/src/com/liferay/portal/tools/PluginsSummaryBuilder.java

      This is the changelog which is used in Marketplace plugins and with this bug tickets show up which were rolled back before the release.
