Searching for a tag separated by spaces does not return tag

Steps to reproduce issue:

1. Navigate to Sites > Content > Tags
2. Add a tag
   • Name: Tag Name
3. Search for the tag using the string 'Name'
4. Search for the tag using the string 'Tag'

Expected result: Searching with the strings 'Tag' or 'Name' returns tag 'Tag Name'
Actual result: Searching with part of the tag does not return the tag

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 7.0.62 + MySQL 5.5
