Sites cannot be deleted using delete icon

Steps to reproduce issue:

1. Add a site
2. Navigate to Control Panel > Sites > Sites
3. Click the checkbox next to the created site
4. Click the delete icon in the toolbar
5. Confirm deletion

Expected result: Clicking delete icon will delete site
Actual result: Site is not deleted.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 7.0.62 + MySQL 5.5
