Default language for JournalStructures is always set to en_US after an upgrade from 6.0.x

Steps to reproduce it:

1. Startup a 6.0.x Liferay portal
2. Login as a portal administrator and set es_ES as default language and the only language available por the portal instance (Control panel/Configuration/Portal Settings/Display Settings)
3. Create a Journal Structure.
4. Upgrade to 6.2/master(7)
5. Try to edit that structure and save.

You will the error shown in the attached image (save_structure_6.2.bmp)

Also, if you check the DMMStructure table you will notice that the default language assigned is en_US
