Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Admin > Forms
2. Add Form with Text field and set a predefined label
3. Add Form portlet to a page
4. Select created Form

Expected result:
Predefined label is shown in Text field

Actual result:
Text field does not show the predefined label.

Reproduced on:
Tomcat 7.0.62 + MYSQL 5.6.26
