Error message "Your request failed to complete" results from removing permission on a community site



      Removal of the permission of guest and site user causes a new error message for message boards in a community site. Refer to UsersandorganizationsUsecase#ViewContentInLocationOrganizationSite
      test case.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Login at Test Test
      2. Add Organization Role 'Canada Orgrole' and save
      3. Add Organization Role 'United States Orgrole' and save
      4. Create user1 and edit its password
      5. Create user2 and edit its password
      6. Add Regular Organization 'North America'
      7. Add Location Organization 'United States' and have its parent be 'North America'
      8. Add Location Organization 'Canada' and have its parent be 'North America'
      9. Create Community Site 'United States'
      10. Create Community Site 'Canada'
      11. Add user1 to 'Canada' Organization
      12. Add user2 to 'United States' Organization
      13. Assign Organization Role 'Canada Orgrole' to user1
      14. Assign Organization Role 'United States Orgrole' to user2
      15. Navigate to http://localhost:8080/web/canada
      16. Click on the Message Boards portlet Permissions and remove the view permission of 'Guest' and 'Site Member.' Add 'Canada Orgrole' view permission instead
      17. Create a message thread on the board
      18. Navigate to http://localhost:8080/web/united-states
      19. Click on the Message Boards portlet Permissions and remove the view permission of 'Guest' and 'Site Member.' Add 'United States Orgrole' view permission instead
      20. Log out
      21. Log in as user1 and navigate to http://localhost:8080/web/united-states OR
      22. Log in as user2 and navigate to http://localhost:8080/web/canada

      Expected Result:
      An info message should pop up saying, "There are no threads in this category."

      Actual Result:
      An error message results in "Your request failed to complete."
