Marking a vocabulary as required for documents breaks Documents and Media upload via Web Content Browser Server dialog

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Vocabulary with the following configuration:
        • Name: My Vocabulary
        • Associated Asset Types, Choose Asset Type: Document
        • Check Required
        • Save
      2. Add a category to that vocabulary named "My Category";
      3. Go to Web Content
      4. Click Add > Basic Web Content. Fill in as follows:
        • Title: My Web Content
        • Content: Look at this image
      5. Click on the "Image" button on CKEditor;
      6. Click "Browse Server"
      7. Navigate to the Web Site folder
      8. Click "Chose File" and select an image from your computer.
      9. Click "Upload"

      Expected Behavior
      Image is uploaded.

      Actual Behaviour
      Image is not uploaded. The Browse Server dialog display an alertbox with the message: "Error on file upload. Error number: 212"
