 Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Welcome page
2. Enter a search query in the embedded Search portlet

Expected result: Search portlet displays a back button/link to return to Welcome page
Actual result: Search portlet lacks a back button/link to return to previous page; user must click on a navigation link or change the URL in order to leave the search portlet view.

1. Navigate to Welcome page
2. Add a Web Content Search portlet
3. Enter a search query into the Web Content Search portlet

Expected result: Web Content Search portlet displays a back button/link to return to page
Actual result: Web Content Search portlet lacks back button/link; user must click a navigation link or change the URL in order to navigate to the previous page.
