Can't click Liferay (Staging) button after enable staging

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Start a clean Liferay and login as admin.
      2. Enable local staging for default site Liferay.
      3. Click the site button "Liferay (Staging)".

      Expected result:
      The page should turn to Liferay default page.

      Actual result:
      Nothing happened, "Liferay (Staging)" seems to be text type.
