Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a blogs entry with a tag: tag name
2. Go to the page and use the search portlet
3. Search for "tag name" with the quotes and assert no results return

Solution Notes
As index mappings have been updated in both the Elasticsearch and the Solr integrations, you need to reindex your content from the Server Administration tab to take effect the changes.
