- Navigate to CP > Users > Users and Organizations
- Create a new user group
- Click "Assign Members" for the new user group in the drop-down menu
- Select the "Available" tab
- Click on the "Check All" checkbox
- Update associations
- Select the "Available" (or "Current") tab
The "Check All" checkbox stays checked.
The "Check All" checkbox is unchecked.
(Note: If the user navigates to Roles, for example, and then returns to the Assign Members page, the "Check All" checkbox stays checked.)
