User Groups "Check All" Checkbox becomes unchecked when switching tabs

      Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Navigate to CP > Users > Users and Organizations
      2. Create a new user group
      3. Click "Assign Members" for the new user group in the drop-down menu
      4. Select the "Available" tab
      5. Click on the "Check All" checkbox
      6. Update associations
      7. Select the "Available" (or "Current") tab

      Expected Result:
      The "Check All" checkbox stays checked.

      Actual Result:
      The "Check All" checkbox is unchecked.
      (Note: If the user navigates to Roles, for example, and then returns to the Assign Members page, the "Check All" checkbox stays checked.)
