If a Web Content has a Documents and Media field, you upload a picture and search for its name, the Web Content is not found

      The issue is fixed on master from LPS-48873, which is a Story ticket; a partial back-port will be created from that ticket to resolve this issue.

      Reproduction steps:

      1. Go to Control Panel -> Documents and Media
      2. Create a basic document
      3. Upload a file called snlt.gif
      4. Leave the title blank
      5. Publish
      6. Create a Structure with a Documents and Media field
      7. Create a Template for the Structure
      8. Create a Web Content from the Structure
      9. Select the snlt.gif for the Documents and Media field
      10. Publish
      11. Search for snlt.gif at the Control Panel -> Web Content section

      Expected behavior:
      The Web Content should be found
      Actual behavior:
      The Web Content is not found
