Flagging the checkbox to stop dialog messages from displaying on deleting portlets from a page reloads the page on next portlet removal

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a few portlets to a page (iframe, loan calculator, etc...ones that are small)
   • Add Web Content Display to a page
2. Remove one of the first portlets from the page
3. Click to remove Web Content Display
   • When the dialog pops up, there will be a checkbox saying "Prevent this page from creating addition dialogs" > flag that and click OK
4. Remove another portlet from the page

Expected result:
The portlet will now be removed without a message, and the page won't suddenly refresh itself.

Actual result:
There is no message; however, the page refreshes itself (after portlet removal never refreshed a page up to this point). See attached gif.
