Wiki Export LAR - Failed -java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: 2 (only dates after 11/11/2015)

An unexpected error occurred with the publication process. Please check your portal and publising configuration.

How to recreate - Select admin> content> Wiki > Export/Import then select permission > Export.
– This action creates the aforementioned unexpected error.

– A co-worker and I narrowed down to a time-frame.

ISSUE: when attempting to export the 326 wiki pages the process fails. But if we select a date and time range before 11/11/2015 between 0900 and 0930, the process is successful with 190 files. At 0930 there are 192 files and that's when the process fails. Anytime after 0930 every export fails. We checked the database and logs and could not locate a file with a create date or a modified date that fell within that timeframe.
