youtube portlet - thumbnail mode is weird

On Youtube portlet's Configuration there is an Advanced Setting: Show Thumbnail.

When it is on, a "thumbnail" appears on the top of the video in youtube portlet.

I think, there are two issues here:

displaying thumbnail and video

I think, that if Show Thumbnail is on, we should display only the thumbnail and not the video.
If user wants to see the video, she/he will click on the thumbnail and watch the video on youtube.

There a many different thumbnails, so we should let the user to choose the type of thumbnail.
