      Incorrect bnd declaration causes NPE from shopping portlet.

      Steps

      1. Sign in.
      2. Add shopping portlet to page.
      3. Click coupons tab.

      Expected
      No exception.
      Actual
      NullPointerException is thrown.

      Note
      Even after fixing this issue the tab is not displayed, however this is a separate issue.
