Add more ranges for publishing Web Content from Staging to Live/Remote Live

When a user publish Staging to Live/Remote Live, we have three options as follows in Date Range to choose content to publish by default,

• From Last Publish Date
• Date Range (certain period of time)
• Last...(12 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours and 7 days)

There might be cases like this, sometimes our customer (who does not have permission to access production) need to publish only certain web content immediately to production.
These are possible methods which customer suggested,

1. Adding a button 'Publish to Production' in Web Content, which would allow the web content to be published directly to Live/Remote Live instead of Staging.
2. In Publish to Remote Live Adding Settings window, adding Web Content selection so that user would be allowed to choose certain web content to publish.
